Sunshine Creamery started the way most good things do — with a stubborn refusal to accept mediocre ice cream. Our founder kept driving past the same sad scoops at other spots and decided: I can do better.

So she did. We hand-churn every batch in-house, source dairy from local farms, and let the seasons dictate the menu. That means real strawberry in June, spiced butterscotch in October, and a peppermint chocolate that only exists for three weeks in December.

And yes, we take coffee just as seriously. Single-origin pour-overs, draft cold brew on tap, and espresso drinks pulled with the same attention you'd find at a specialty roaster. Two passions, one counter.
